A patient-focused experience that is elegant, professional, and above all, safe were the priorities for Salvera, a medical cannabis dispensary in Prince Georges County, Maryland that is committed to the motto—Be of Good Health. With a clear brand identity and mission in place, The High Road Design Studio was commissioned to bring the brand to life in the 3,000-sq.ft. ground floor space of an existing medical office building. Formerly a bank, the new interior needed to reinforce Salvera’s modern approach to alternative medicine and provide an environment that is approachable to patients from all socioeconomic, ethnic and geographic backgrounds.

The blue and green jewel tones of the Salvera logo were selected as the foundation of the color palette. The deep saturated colors boldly yet tastefully punctuate the space. Dark hardwood, rich textures, elegant tile work, and sophisticated architectural details with black metal accents create a décor with a residential feel. The space planning strategy focused on creating a safe and secure environment that allows for flexibility while providing an easy to navigate environment for patients and an efficient workspace for team members. The end result is an inviting interior, an education and customer service focused setting that supports the health and well-being of its patrons.
